A STARTING NOTE · 11 OCTOBER 2026
Why start
with something small?
The idea behind the daily starter and weekly planner.
There’s a reason this toolkit begins with two, five or ten minutes. The first question is simply: what fits today?
A small step gives you something specific to try. You can choose it, make room for it and leave yourself a note about what helped you get going.
The note matters, too
A tick records that you made a start. A few words can help you remember the circumstances: perhaps you had a clear time, something ready by the door, or a quieter moment than usual.
Try a prompt such as: “What made this possible today?” Then revisit it in My progress. You’re collecting your own observations, at your own pace.
A plan you can adjust
The weekly planner leaves room for a smaller version of each habit. Use the end-of-week questions to decide what to keep and what to change.
These are planning prompts to experiment with. They don’t promise a particular health or financial outcome.
